The Free Virus Removal Tools listed below are not a substitute for full Anti-Virus or
Anti-Malware protection.
The Free Virus Scan and Removal Software should be used on an
Infected Computer or one that you suspect is infected with malware.

The
Free Anti-Virus page has the Anti-Virus Software and Update Programs you need to
Protect Your Computer For Free from being attacked by Viruses, Trojan Horses, Spyware,
Adware, Malware, and Phishing Attacks.  Please take a moment to review your anti-virus protection.

If you don't know where to start I suggest trying the Free version of SUPERAntiSpyware.
If it helps you to remove the malware on your computer then I'd recoomend buying the Professional
version to help keep your system free of malware.

The Pro Version of SUPERAntiSpyware has three advantages over the Free Version:
1.  Real Time Protection
2.  Automatic Updates
3.  Scheduled Scans

All of these features are designed to allow you to use your computer with minimal disruption and
actions required to stay free of malware.

You can use the Free Virus Scan programs as an extra security measure after you have installed
the programs from the Security Toolbox.  I regularly use SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes to
perform Virus Scans on my PC.

If you have a specific suspicious file that you want analyzed then Big Geek Daddy suggests using
Virustotal a Free online scanner using multiple Anti-Virus engines.
